Top quality customer service delivered in the west has won a Pembrokeshire motor industry professional a trip to the Middle East.
Byron Jones, service manager at Greens Motors, Haverfordwest, has recently been recognised as a finalist in the Jaguar Service Manager of the Year award

Byron was one of only five representatives of 130 Jaguar-approved service centres and dealers in the whole of the UK to be selected for the final.

As a result, he travelled to Oman on a Jaguar-hosted event, as well as attending the award dinner in London.

The finalists were selected on the quality of the training and development they deliver to staff, as well as customer service feedback.
